Below is a sample outline of a regular meeting. The Toastmaster may make changes depending on a number of factors.
6:50 Arrive, meet & greet, get breakfast from buffet 7:00 Meeting called to order/Introduction of President/Invocation
7:05 Introduction of Toastmaster 7:08 Toastmaster introduces all the Duty Masters 7:15 Table Topics 7:21 Break to re-fill our plates from buffet 7:25 Speaker #1 7:33 Speaker #2
7:41 Speaker #3 (if we have three speakers) 7:49 Toastmaster introduces General Evaluator who calls up each Evaluator 7:51 Evaluator #1 7:55 Evaluator #2 7:59 Evaluator #3 (if we have three speakers)
8:03 General Evaluator then evaluates Evaluators and meeting 8:07 Toastmaster calls on all the Duty Masters to report. 8:12 Toastmaster returns control to President 8:14 Contest winners announced 8:15 Adjournment
NOTE: The meetings can tend to run overtime a little as well as sometimes people like to chat a little after the meeting, so if you plan to be out by 8:30am you should be fine.
